What is The Peoples’ Academy?

The Peoples’ Fab Academy is a course designed to show help you become an expert in using the equipment at Fab Lab Manchester, whether it’s laser and vinyl cutting, designing and creating 3D models, CNC milling or electronics. See the course outline.

Who can attend?

Primarily it is aimed at training our volunteers but on occasions we do have places available for non-volunteers. Places are free for volunteers but there is a charge of £20 per session if you would like to attend as a non-volunteer.

When?

The course usually runs on the last Friday of the month, beginning on 2 March 2013.

How do I book?

To attend a session please contact us to check availability. Please note that we can only accept bookings two weeks in advance of each session.
